On March 3rd, 2017, Kisumu Campus hosted the African Institute for Research and Development Studies (AIRADS) 2017 Cultural Day in the Campus Auditorium. Over 200 students of AIRADS attended the event. The students of AIRDS presented a variety of cultural pieces, including, music and dancing, dramatic skits, and a fashion show. In his speech, Dr. Vincent Machuki, the Director of Kisumu Campus and the Chief Guest, explained genesis and extent of the collaboration between the Campus and the AIRADS in terms of exchange programmes. He thanked the AIRADS Principal, Mrs. Olgah Otichro, for the collaboration and assured the institution that more collaborative events would be organized in the future. The Campus issued programme brochures and addressed enquiries at a desk set up at the entrance of the Auditorium.
