The session, held at the campus auditorium, was conducted by the Directorate of Performance Contract and focused on cascading the University of Nairobi's Strategic Plan for 2023-2027, as well as conducting a Performance Contract mid-term review. The event saw participation from both academic and non-academic staff and students from the Campus, along with members of the Performance Contract Directorate. Staff engaged in discussions aimed at aligning campus operations with the university's long-term goals and performance targets.

In addition to the training, the University of Nairobi top management also addressed various administrative challenges faced by the campus. These deliberations provided an opportunity to identify areas for improvement and strategize on solutions to enhance efficiency and service delivery within the institution.

This initiative underscores the university's commitment to equipping its staff with the knowledge and tools needed to support the implementation of the strategic plan while simultaneously addressing ongoing administrative concerns to ensure smooth operations at Kisumu Campus
