On 15th April 2026, University of Nairobi, Kisumu Campus staff had the privilege to participate in "Mental wellness at the Workplace" forum. The event that took place at the Campus was organized and facilitated by the Our Rights, Our Lives, Our Future Plus (O3Plus) purposely to promote self-care and enhance the psychological support services to staff available on campus.
O3Plus has continuously collobarated with UON to institutionalize interventions aimed at increasing student/staff uptake of high-quality SRHR information and services, while fostering safer, more inclusive and supportive campus environments for all learners and staff.
Present in the forum included: Dr. Nixon Omoro, Mr. Gerald Ondiek, Ms. Caren Odumbe( UNESCO Representative), Ms. Margaret Musambayi, Ms. Jane Opiyo, Mr. Jared Oganda, Ms. Florence Ogunda, Mr. ALex George, Mr. Raphael Opiyo and Ms. Margaret Lumumba.
